You are to choose a topic of your choice that relates to Lifetime Fitness.  Choose any topic that falls withing any of the 9 dimensions of wellness that is of interest to you.  Be sure to include the first page of your resources to receive full credit.
Papers should be about one and a half to two pages in length, one and half inch spacing
in 12-point font.  You must cite two to three information sources and printout and
submit the first page of each source.
Two or three information sources must be from SCCC Library sources such as books,
electronic books, or periodicals from library databases.
The assignment will be worth 50 points based on your understanding and critical     
thinking on the topic you chose, your ability to locate your informational sources as
well as, information presented and how well you communicate your thoughts in writing.
